Industrial Park-characteristics
„Industrial Logistics Park – Burgas“ is offering to its investors industrial sites of total area of about 240 decares, as per Industrial Zone NORTH (Burgas) plan (the entire of 410 decares). The remaining portion of the area is provided for landscaping, streets, drives, parking lots, for building power stations, public service centers, etc. facilities contributing to the successful functioning of the Zone.
