The intervention sites included in the project idea fall within the "compact zone for integrated interventions Burgas West", defined in the PIRO Burgas. The zone covers the western and northwestern peripheries of the urbanized territory of the city and includes important functional connections with neighboring rural municipalities. The sites are located on the territory of the Northern Industrial Zone. Each of the activities in the project solves a specific problem identified for the specific area: deteriorated condition of the street surfaces and absence of sidewalks; given the poor condition of the road surface and the small dimensions of the street, deteriorated air quality is observed; the current condition of the technical infrastructure elements is not good enough to attract investment interest; few opportunities for the introduction and development of new economic activities other than industry.

Krayezerna Street provides transport connectivity and access to strategic sites located in the PZS, and the construction of the bike lane guarantees bicycle connectivity of the satellite neighborhoods of the city with the central city part. The modernized road infrastructure totals 1900 km, and the construction of a 1.7 km bike path along the street is also planned.
The construction of a multifunctional building and the improvement of the adjacent space with green measures on the territory of "Industrial Logistics Park-Burgas" AD will improve the investment environment of the municipality.
The measures in the Free Duty Free Zone will help to encourage the implementation of economic initiatives by providing customs preferential services, faster, simpler and unbureaucratic formalities.
